I just didf this last week
there is a part called (by most)
the fan/tempertire control module, it is located in the heater housing...where the air flows.....and a wire is connected to it from the blower motor and another wire exits the part.. chang this part...it is costly but autozone has the best price around 125$

AC blower will not turn off on 1999 Cadillac Deville?

Are you sure it is the AC blower? a lot of modern cars have a temperature controlled radiator fan, this can run when the engine is very hot , even when the keys are removed. It is a safety feature to protect your engine.

Someone will need to check the fuse for the blower, then the blower motor and the resistor.

My 2003 impala ac blower wont turn off when i turn it to off?

Does it turn off when you turn ignition key off? If so, sounds like your heater/ac control ***'y has a bad on-off switch.

My 2000 chevy impala heater fan control doesen't work at all. everthing works, except when you turn the control on any setting the blower motor won't come on/? no blowen fuse.

the resistor to the blower motor is bad or the motor itself, the resistor should be right next to the blower fan a heavy gauge wire plugs into it, or it might even just be the wire, it is common for them to melt
