I checked the wiring diagrams and did not see an electric fan.
The hot for the ac condenser fan is light blue/white and ground is black/orange.
You could use a meter and check the wires for ground and hot also.
Do you know how to carefully feel heater hoses to see if coolant getting to heater core is hot enough? Has thermostat been changed lately, and coolant system flushed?
Your electric fan is probibly not running.Fan switch, fan relay or the fan could be bad.If it is getting hot and you pop the hood you should hear the fan running.
if its centrally locked via keyfob then i wuold look at the motor. if its manual then there will be a problem with the rear of the lock where you will find a fixing plate and a linkage similar to your gearsing system but smaller, make sure that all this is intact and then try lock again. if this does not work then you will have to explain more.
the fan may be bad but you can find the hot side of the plug and run a hot to the battery and see if the fan comes on. if it doesent you know you have a bad fan if it does you can run a wire to the fuse panel so that it comes on when the car does and shuts off when you shut the car off
Peugeot is not sold here (US) but check for an owner's forum in your country and language.
There is a procedure that will restore your car's recognition of the remote.
Be advised though, some require a special programmer (that SUCKS!) only available at the dealer and may require a fairly large fee for the 'service.'
