Same thing, random on and off of radio/wipers/windows.

The funny thing is that sometimes I can push the doorlock buttons to turn it back on. I have tried replacing the control module and it didn't correct the problem. Another thing, in the winter it doesn't do it as much, but in the summer it's almost always off. Something is being affected by the heat. I am in Phoenix. I have banged on the dash before to turn it on, but that only worked when it was cold. I was the Fonz for a second, comedy.
