I changed the battery in my son's 92 yorker now the car stalls, no power door locks, turn signals don't work, trunk won't lock, and transmition in stuck in one gear. Any ideas? Is the car destine for the junk yard?
You need to check all of the fuses in your glove box and the relays behind it. You will need to remove the glove box to get access to them. There are relays under the hood as well and they all need to be checked especially the ASD one which is left side toward the cab end one. Since your transmission is stuck in one gear this usually means it is limp home mode and needs to be serviced or replaced. Check the fluid to make sure it is not brown and has a burnt smell. If it does then most likely it needs a new one.

Check the flasher some Chyrs have split circuit when flasher goes bad it will effecy one side more than other.

it is located under right side of dash in relay block with other relays
First check the ground wire in the door. Then check the connector on the back of the drivers side lock switch for corrosion. If there is, it is easiest to replace the switch. Everything for the power door lock solenoids routes through that drivers door switch.
You can try jumpering the harness connector cavities with a bent paperclip (hold it with a plier when you do as it can get hot). If the locks pop as they should- replace the switch.

Hi Big bang, Is your vehicle a diesel? If it's petrol injection the fuel cut off is not a separate switch. When you turn off the engine you also turn off the power to the injectors and therefore cut the fuel feed. If the engine is dieseling after turning off, I believe you have a problem with a leaking injector. This will also become evident when starting as the engine will take longer to fire, as it will have lost fuel rail pressure. Regards John
