Question about 1998 Saturn SC
It's your battery cable, fastest way to check this is to bypass your negative cable. Just get a jumper cable, clip on end to neg(-) and the other to ground, then try to start your car, if it starts then replace your negative cable. If not try to bypass your positive cable.
