Have your tires rotated, this usually fixes or changes the noise coming from tires.

We need a better description of the noise, Mike. Is it at road speed? ie; Does it speed up as the car speeds up? If so, look at the front driveline/wheels/steering. If it does it regardless of speed the look at suspension/bodywork/wheelarch guards etc. Or tell us more about it?

Why have I a deep droning noise when doing 35 mph in my jag x-type

This will be hard to answer without more information.
Reasons it could be.
Tire noise notable from cheap tires or tire noise from road surface as in concrete roads etc.
Wheel bearings (admittedly normally heard when turning).
Low tire pressure.
Rear wheel drive vehicles it could be the differential.
the list goes on and on without more info it will be hard to diagnose .

When going over bumps the ride is very stiff, shocks have been replaced

Based on what you are saying it sounds like you may need nee suspension strut cartridges installed, any front end or tire shop would confirm this for free.

Front end makes occasional noise when driving down the road. the problem seems to occur most when pressure is placed on the suspension by a bump or bump while braking. It sounds alot like something rubbing...

It sounds like pads against the rotors. Does it get louder or stop when applying the brakes?May be a stone or maybe just rust or maybe you need brakes looked at.

MY ANTYLOCK IS REAL SINSITIVE AT LOW SPEED

What is the problem? Too sensitive? What speed does it occur? First apply? Every apply? Wet roads?

Cheap tires, cheap brakes, wrong tire size (not calibrated), contaminated brakes, faulty wheel speed sensor.

Most common problem is cheap rear brake pads.

What would create road nosie on a 2006 dodge magum sxt?, I do not have the the continatal tires on it just some bargin tires I found could that be the problem?

yes it could be if the tires are starting to get cupped .Also have your alignment check if the tires are cupped. If the noise sounds like a airplane then it could be a bearing noise from one of the bearings.

My 2006 dodge has a lot road nosie. I put alittle cheaper tire on it could that be the problen//

That could definitely be the problem. Depending on the difference of tread pattern and density of the rubber used to make the tire, the amount of road noise can differ greatly. Hope this helps. Thanks for rating my response and for using FixYa!
