Spark plug routing diagram

It can be faulty or dirty spark plug itselfd.Also for reference get the fuel level checked.Is the fuel tank is empty or near to empty.
Try cleaning the spark plugs and then see if that is helpin.On some cases the black carbon layer gets collected on the spark plugs and that causes the problem,so cleaning the plugs help.But if its not helping,then spark plug has to be replaced.Spark plugs get power from ignition coil to ignite sparks.If ignitioncoils are faulty then also there will no spark.--------------

Usually there is a diagram under the hood that shows the firing order, dist cap cyl #'s etc... If you can't find one on the van, I recommend asking the parts store for a diagram of all the information you need. This information is usually just a print out away for just about any parts store and they're more than happy to give it to you if it helps them sell parts!. I don't trust everything I see on the internet! Good luck!

did you check your distribuitor turns (remove dist cap) is your engine spining tto fast? your T-belt may snaped,

Below is the best diagram i could find, just match the color up for correct plug wire routing. Firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6

Here is the firing order diagram for the 5.0 liter (305), 5.7 liter (350) and the 7.4 liter (454) V-8 engines (note position of locking latches/screws between the 3 and 6 and the 1 and 2 terminals on the distributor cap). Let me know if you need the 4.3 liter V-6 engine diagram (hopefully not in a 2500 series truck) or if you require any further assistance.

crankshaft sensor, or computer on toyotas then it was usually the distributor or the computer, but the crankshaft sensor might be bad too thats what helps to get you spark.

you need to determine if you have spark or not. if not, is the cam turning? does it sound normal whan turning over? take the oil filler cap off, and see if cam turns while someone is cranking engine. if not, the timing belt is broken. if you do have spark, then the engine isnt getting fuel. you may need a shop to get further into it.

if you have a 1.6 engine the gap is .041 ths /(1.04mm) if you have a 2.0 engine the gap is .033 ths / (.84mm)
