Did you clean the throttle body while you were in there? If not, that's your problem. When you hooked the battery back up, the computer thought the throttle body was functioning properly. Learned some bad habits before. Disconnect your battery again. Unhook the plastic resonator on the top along with the hoses that connect to the throttle body. Take the 4 bolts off the throttle body and remove it. No need to worry about a gasket, just has a rubber O ring that is re-useable. Clean with plastic bristle brush and throttle body cleaner safe for sensors. Clean that pupply til it's nice and shiny. When done, connect everything back up, and drive around for 5 miles or so with all accessories off. This way your computer will relearn the properly functioning throttle body. Problem fixed and $4 spent to fix it for the can of cleaner. You'll notice a world a difference in your engines performance. You should clean this at least once a year.
