SOURCE: Where is the air conditioner refrigerant refill

Look near the radiator and find the 2 aluminum lines running from the condenser. If you trace those lines you will find a fitting on each of them. There should be a cap on them one says H or high and the other L or low. One is the high pressure line and the other is the low pressure line. Please be careful fooling with the AC system can be very dangerous to you and your car. The last thing you want is a face full of prion. Or to blow up your AC system because you over charged it. Good luck.

SOURCE: I need to locate the low side ac port. air

The easiest way to locate the low side charge port on any vehicle is to locate the A/C compressor, follow the "larger" of the two lines all the way back to the firewall. Some where along that line you will find the low side charge port.
Good luck.

Can''t find a/c high pressure port 1989 bonneville 3.8v6

You don't charge with the hi side port. Use the low side on the accumulator. The hi side port is on the compressor if you want to connect a maniflod gauge set to it.

Recharging 1991 pontiac, high side, low side

The low side port is usually in GM on the accumulator the high side is on the smaller diameter line. FYI if you are charging with one of those kits from the autopart store the hose you get will only work on the low side so you can't go wrong. The high side and low side are both different in size.

Where exactly is the low port for the air conditioner on a 1998 Pontiac grand am

Normally you cannot charge the high port as the connection will not fit. Also if the A/C is working the high port gets much hotter than the low port. Also on the plastic cap it will have an L on the low pressure port and an H on the high pressure side. Do not try to recharge it unless you are 100% sure. If you are needing to recharge the system then it has a leak that needs to be repaired. It is technically illegal to add refrigerant to a system with a leak without first repairing the leak. So, my advice is to get the leak fixed first and then have the system charged by a professional with the proper equipment and training. But the choice is yours.
