98 chevy S10.Tried bleeding brakes,Front ok,Rear not reacting

Both brake warning lights are on. Pads& shoes are good conditon. Tried bleeding brakes,Front ok,Rear didn't go down when valve was opened.

- Both resevoirs are full, but how do you check to see if the master cylinder is working ait should.

Check the master cylinder and make sure it is working correctly and both resevoirs are full.

- If the master cylinder is full in the back, then you have an obstruction in the rear line, if they don't bleed at the bleeder valve. Try and find a connection on that line that you can carefully loosen (use the correct brake wrenches if they are frozen)and see if there is fluid there. If there is, then keep working towards the rear caliper. There may be an obstruction in the caliper itself. Brake lines can be stopped up by the smallest grain of sand.
