this is the v6, accessory belt tensioner
cam is whole other matter.
next is the v6, cam tensioner
#20 seen on the REAL isuzu site.
both have idler pulleys, so next time say what your hands are
cam or acessories
the belt kit, is seen at all top belt makers
online catalogs, GATES, Dayco.. etc.

SOURCE: We have changed the timing belt, tensioner, idler
yes it can,if you did it your self's double check
everything all over again,if not bring it back
for a recheck.
