If youre asking this question,you should have it done by a shop! u have to open up rear diff.undo pinion,c lock,take off tire,undo disc brake or drum,and pull out axle,undo the 15$ seal!

Tips for a great answer:
That sounds to me like a shaft that connects to it is out of balance. Therefore the seals are getting worn out too soon.
