Question about 1991 Honda Civic
It sounds like the map sencors may be your problem, Take a look at all the wire cuplers that are around the fuel injection area they may be soft set. You will need to gently but firmly squeeze them together, Because if they are soft set you will then here a clicking sound. Just so you know the map sencor controls your fuel going to the injection system.
