Yes they are, your going to have to take it to a electronic repair shop. You can try tapping the screen to see if the screen will come back to life, the cause is the solder will break after a few years due to heat from the the current. Read your manuel to de active your anti-theft on the radio. Once you disconnect it, the anti theft will activate and when you reinstall the radio, it will ask for a radio code to activate it .
