Question about Lincoln Town Car
The horn location won't be in a wheel well. Most likely it's down low between the frame rails poking it's business end thru the separator between the headlights/radiator and the engine compartment proper. The separator contains and forces ram air thru the radiator as a basic design feature. Horns are allowed to poke thru a hole in it so that the volume gets projected forward so that it can be heard.
