SOURCE: replacing parts for 2003 dodge caravan
these have lots of comon problem ie suspenion you have sway bar end link and sway bar bushing problems and the odd ball joint. engine 3.8L head gaskets, water pumps, coolant tubes rotting out, and poor radiators, trans problems lots too many to list. power window problems with switches and motors and window regulators. sory about all the bad news but if its really cheap buy it up. don't forget the cars market for private sales is really good if you are looking to buy right now. a van with 350-400km i wouldn't pay more than $1000 for it cert and etested.good luck

Under the carpet in the back hatch there's a cutout & you use a 19mm or the factory lug tool to lower it down. Turn it counterclockwise to lower it.

Here is a post I found that worked for my 2005 caravan.
For a
2001 Dodge Caravan: The owner's manual is vague, only stating that all
fuses are under the hood in the fuse box, no diagrams. Once you have
removed the fusebox cover, the diagrams for what each fuse does is
provided under the lid. UNCLEARLY marked is the radio fuse, a 20amp
fuse located 2nd row from top to the right of the accessory relay. It
is marked: RDO/IP IGN.

Fuel system..Filter or pump..maybe clogged
Try fuel line cleaner..make sure the tank is 3/4 full.

Hi Anonymous, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Explain exactly what the van does when turning the key. Does it act like it will start, does it spin te starter slowly, does it start and sputter and die? What sounds, weather conditions, etc. have you done any work to it? Has the oil and air filter been replaced?
