Hi FINDING THE POLLEN FILTER AND ANY OTHER CONECTED WITH THE AIR CON ITS A TOURER 325 TDS E36, THE BOOK STATES ITS IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT BUT CANNOT FIND IT. THE BLOWER WORKS BUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF AIR COMES OUT EVEN ON FULL BLAST REGARDS TONY

Hi Maria: Remove the glove box, then you will be able to remove the cabin air/pollen filter. If you need help removing the glove box, try You Tube and search "2009 Honda CRV dust and pollen filter replacement. You can purchase one from a Honda dealer online or aftermarket such as Rock Auto, etc. Take Care.

Please service your unit. Air filter, coil and blower wheel dust blocked.

usually the pollen filter is located under the windshield in the shroud area or some place where air enters the cabin of the car check also your airfilter cannister it will be in or on the fire wall or door jam look carefully alos you can have the dealership or an auto parts store tell you the location of the part.

To replace the filter you will need to remove the glovebox. First, detach the dampener on one side. The tricky part is then removing the glovebox. Be gentle, and take it slow... but you will need to do a little squeezing of the sides to release it. Again, take your time as you do not want to damage anything. ONce out, the filter slides out easily. When putting replacement filter, make sure arrow points up. Putting the glovebox back in is easier than removing it... it snaps into place. Don't forget to re-attach the dampener. Hope this helps.
