On your slave cylinder, if you broke the plastic clip before you put it in then that's your problem. Leave that clip in. Let the pressure from the clutch break it.
You could have let the gearbox hang on the input shaft and bent the drive plate in which case you will have to drop the box back out.
Check to make sure you placed the clutch plates correctly.
OK ill try that. Do I gotta pull whole tranny or can I just pull it apart some
You need to be able to get the clutch retainer and then check if everything is in the right order and if the clutch plates are placed correctly.
how so?

You may want to read bleeding instruction at this link, it may shed some light.

You might still have air in the lines. When I changed the cylinders in my Honda it took a long time to get the lines to bleed out so the clutch would work properly.

Probably the arm that holds the rtelease bearing in the bell housing has slipped out of place. Get someone to depress the clutch while you check the arm is not loose. If the cylinders are working then its most likely the arm is disconected. If you are lucky you may get it put back in place by looking through the inspection hole but most likely you will have to seperate the engine and gearbox. Sorry I havent better news for you.

It needs to be pressure bled, you can open the bleeder valve on the slave and remove the cap and push and hold the pedal down once, if it allows fluid to flow threw the bleeder port let it bleed about a pint of fluid to completely rid system with air. Remove the hose off the master clutch assembly and have someone press down on the clutch pedal to see it the master cylinder is pressurizing, if it does reconnect and keep trying. If not remove master and use a screwdriver to push piston on the master to see if fluid comes out. If it does not pressurize you have a bad master. this is a common problem. Also you could have a bad master cylinder or slave so start the procedure above and if it does not pressurize up pull slave off the truck and have it tested.

You can have a bad slave cylinder, the part located on the trans. or the slave actuator rod has fallen out of the yoke. The slave cylinder can by-pass within itself and not leak. So check the slave cylinder for a rod that comes out the end be sure it is in place. You can bleed the slave cylinder there is a small bleed screw on the side.
