- when i remove the coil wire on the driver side it does not make any difference in engine. I think it is called the secondard coil. if i remove the coil wire on the passenger side it makes a great difference in the engine I have replaced the ingintion wires and spak plugs .
Before I provide any further feedback on this issue can you clarify the symptoms of the current running problem with the engine. Is the car low on power, missing, running poorly under normal driving conditions etc ?

- Ok. It this definitely sounds like an electrical issue. It sounds as if the engine is only partfiring on some of the cylinders. This explains why the engine dies - when you remove the leads from the functioning cylinders you get this effect. When you remove the leads from the non functioning cylinders there is no effect because they are already non functioning - leads or no leads.
This can be caused by
a) faulty coil
b) faulty plugs on that side of engine
c) faulty plug leads
Can you clarify exactly how many leads there is no effect when you remove them? Are you referring to the HT leads i.e one lead going to a coil on each side of the car?

- Ok if you have replace both coil wires already and also replaced all of the sparkplugs in the engine then you have a faulty coil.
The coil that is faulty is the drivers side coil. You will need to replace it.
Hope this helps. Please rate my answers accordingly.
