Check the bulbs and brake light switch.Switch should be around the pedal area unless it is fitted with a remote rod , then just follow the rod to where it goes through the firewall.

My brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights aren't working.

There should also be another fuse panel on the interior located on the driver or passenger side foot panels or there about.

Break lights not working

if your brake lights aren't working you need to take the car into a dealership right away to avoid getting ticketed for broken lights. Once at the dealership explain your problem and they should repair the problem in a day or two and your insurance should cover the costs. If your insurance doesn't cover the cost it won't be very expensive to repair.
hope this helps!

My break lights dont work

Check to make sure the fuse is good and that the bulbs aren't blown
If those are ok, the brake switch may be bad

Why aren't my powr windows working

Check the fuse for the Electric windows, if thats okay check for corrosion on the wires going to the motor and switch. Test the switch for continuity to see if that works . If all else fails you culd have a break in the wiring loom or a damaged motor.

I just bought a 2003 grand am gt and noticed when i back up reverse lights aren't working any suggestions

Hi, first check fuse 42 in the fuse box under the hood. If the fuse is good, the problem is in the switch or the wiring. You can test the switch by pulling the connector off and connecting the terminals inside using a paper clip. With the key on, connect the pink and light green wires. If this turns the backup lights on, replace the switch. If the light do not come on by jumping the connecter, you will have to trace the wiring to see where it is broken. If the pink wire is hot with the key on, the break in the wiring is between the switch and the back of the car. If the pink wire is not hot with the key on, the break is between the fuse box and the switch. Assuming you have an automatic transmission, I have pasted a picture of the switch below. It is mounted on the transmission. If you replace the switch, make sure you adjust the new switch before fully tightening the screws by leaving the transmission in reverse (engine off, key on) and turning the switch while watching to see when the lights come on. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

How can i find out which fuse is for my flashers an break lights

the flasher doesn't have a fuse, its a flasher unit, a relay in a little box or can , located usually behind the fuse panel on the drivers side kick panel,, up by the dash , if your break lights aren't working, first check the bulbs, if they check ok, check the switch at the top of the brake pedal arm up under the dashboard,,

Im looking for the fuse for the right tail light

You do not have a separate fuse for each side, if the left side works, replace the bulb in the right side that isn't working.

I have a 2003 pontic grand am i dont know why the interor lights, dash lights, and tail lights, aren t working at all! break lights work. right turn light works, left turn light clicks like 4 times faster...

The headlight switch is common to all your problems except the quick flash of the turn lights on one side the quick flash is usally a bad bulb as the tailights have two and one could be out and it'll still work just it changes the flash quicker with no load too little and it'll not blink just stay on. Theres fuses for the dash lights but the tailight fuse has to be good for it to get power. Any crash damaged lights need to be checked out as water getting into the sockets can mke a problem. The marker lights on the front do'nt work either. Fuse or headlight switch now remember that the radio has a light in it too and if someones changed the radio alot of aftermarkey readios don't use the run light as they are on withthe radio on and this wire may be touchin ground or be hooked up wrong at the lights the wire color is brown. It's highly unlikly that alot of bulbs failed at one but the car is old. Start with fuses and if the tail fuse is blown and it has an odd radio pull it disconnect it and try another fuse
