Question about 1993 Dodge Caravan
It might not have been evacuated (creates a vacuum) and then charged. I would say take it to a shop that can do A/C work and have them evac the system and see if it holds a vacuum for 5 to 10 mins if not there is a leak and he didnt replace all of the system or he replaced with defective part(s)
