Question about 2001 Honda Passport
If you are looking to add transmission fluid you will need to first purchase a fluid pump at your local car repair store. Most run between $10 and 25$. For best results, run your car for a few minutes to bring the fluids to operating temperatures before attempting to add fluid. Be careful of hot surfaces and liquids.
Remove the top most bolt on the automatic transmission fluid pan (most use a 3/4 inch socket). Using the fluid pump, slowly add transmission fluid until it starts to drip out. Replace the bolt. Take care not to over tighten the bolt.
If you want to be thorough, start your car and while your foot is on the brake, run your transmission through the gears slowly. Turn off your car. Remove the fill bolt and check the fluid level again.

Not sure but seems there are two plugs located on the tranny. The lower one bieng the drain and the slightly higher one being the fill. (Mine has no dip stick). I am researching this question and this is all I ahve come up with so far
