02 aztek with no heat?

Had the same problem but was overheating I changed the thermostat a $10 part. Had to take the throttle body, air cleaner off to get to thermostat. Tight spot makes a little time consuming but can be done with short 13 mm box wrench. Hope this helps!

Have an intermittent overheating problem with my 2003 Pontiac Aztek. I have replaced the intake manifold gasket three months ago. Along with that I changed the thermostat. I notice no leaking. I have also...

I had a similar problem with an Olds Intrigue. It turned out to be the aftermarket ( NAPA ) thermostat. I bought a thermostat from GM the problem went away. I typed my problem into google and found where GM had sent out a service bulletin on the problem and had come up with an "enhanced designed thermostat". I hope this helps, good luck.

2002 Aztek blower

you can probably get the part you need at a car parts store, if you can't you will have to buy it at the dealership. the name of the part you need will depend on the type of system you have. your car was available with either manual or auto a/c. auto a/c is where you set the temp you want and the system comes on and off much like a thermostat in your house. manual a/c is where you switch it on and off yourself. if you have auto a/c you need the blower motor central processor, if you have manual a/c you need the blower motor resistor assembly. hope that helps

I need step by step instruction on how to replace the condeser in my 2002 Pontiac Aztek. I heard that I will need to replace the dryer unit also and that I will need a certain type of oil to go into t

this is a professsional job to evacuate, add oil and recharge the a/c system. You couls change the condensor yourself and take it somewhere to recharge the system. You DO NOT need to replace the recevier/dryer either.

2002 Aztek Service engine light on & high beam indicator flashes

The high beam light flashing means you have a high beam burnt out. It flashes when you put it in gear because your high beams actually double as your daytime running lights, only on a lower power.
