Question about 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I have a 2000 jeep and my back passenger door started squealing when I unlocked the doors. Now it is doing the same when I lock the doors and the door is not locking! This is obviously a huge problem since I park on the street in an urban area. There is no way to lock the door manually. It does nothing.
This is a very common problem with Jeep products. A lot of water gets onto the lock solenoid in the doors and one of two things happens, they either break off from their bracket or just stop working, the latter is easily fixed with a new lock solenoid, the for mer we dont need say anymore.......
