Drivers electric window not working

Perhaps the Winder Motor has died?

If the passenger side window is working then you need to remove the door card and check.

Back side window of 2006 sebring won't go up how do I fix it?

Try operating the window with both the driver's window switch, and the rear door window switch.

When operating window with rear door window switch help up, bang the door around the mid section and see if this frees the winder motor in that door. If it does, this would indicate a failing motor (replace). If it doesn't then strip door, and check for power to the motor when operating switch. If power is present, then replace the motor.

How do I remove the window winder mechanism on the drivers side door? The window is stuck partly open and I can't seem to move it. Peter

The fault is with the regulator on the window. Remove winder and door handles. Remove door lining and reconnect window to winder rail. Reverse for reassembly

My drivers window will go down but not up. i plugged a buddies switch panel into mine but still did not work however the passenger side did. regulator?

if any deflection in regulator after pressing the switch then you can go for winder regulator, try to put some oil in run channel and try it if work a little for up side then you can replace winder regulator.coz it wont have resistance to go down so if motor is weak then also it will go down, while going to up it have big resistance so if motor is weak it will not go up side.thanks

Driver side power window won't go up.I didn't drive the car over the winter and now he window is **** half way. I can't roll it down or up.

You might have some trash in the tracks, but I bet its more like the motor is bad. It always intrigues me, but the right side window of cars seems to be the first to go. Maybe its because of the lack of use in comparison to the drivers side.

Remove drivers side window motor

remove the door trim from the inside of the door, now remove the door plastic weather protector which should expose the window glass and also the electric motor and winder mechanism.
There will be a plastic wire connector inside the door which will have to be disconnected to remove the electric motor etc.
Hope this helps
