Question about 1991 Buick Skylark
Now that I have a possible solution, thanks to FixYa.com, how do I fix the problem?
What are the steps involved in applying lube (silicone spray) to the bottom of the steering shaft area where the rubber boot is located?
Use silicone spray and just soak the rubber seal while turning the wheel.
