The 2007 HRR uses and electric power sterring and steering control. There is a fuse in the number 19. The floor console fuse block is located on the passenger’s side of the floor console behind the
forward panel. The panel has four clips, one in each corner. Pull the panel to disconnect the four
clips, and access the fuses. Use the fuse puller to remove fuses. I do have the owners manual if you need it.

the power steering fluid resevoir is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment near the fire wall. mostimes in order to fill it you have to remove the altenator to remove the fill cap to add the fluid.

The power assist is electric so there is no pump. It is an electric motor near the steering shaft under the hood.

There is a known issue with the power steering motor for some of the HHRs. When you turn the car off and back on it will probably reset, for a few minutes, days, even weeks... However, if it continues to fail, the motor, which is on the steering column under the dash, will need to be replaced. You can do it, but you may want to contact the dealer first for warranty coverage.
