It's not called a dryer strainer. It's called a receiver dryer. It's located in front of engine compartment usually right next to the condenser

Where is the low side pressure fitting for the ac

follow the thicker pipes vs. the thinner pipes to find the low pressure side fitting. It might have a blue or black screw on plastic protective cap with an o-ring.

The charge kit will have a tube that has an end that fits only the low side quick connect pressure fitting.

Where is the air conditioning orfice tube located on a Chevy 2500HD truck?

Either in the condensor end of hoses or receiver dryer end of hoses. If hoses join in a union near dryer by firewall it is usually there between both unions.

Location of a/c dryer on mazda protege

This job requires special tools and special training. If you lack either, you risk SERIOUS personal injury.

You need to address oil levels, proper and legal refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and recharge.

You were planning to also replace the receiver/dryer, correct? It also needs the oil in it measured and incorporated into the amount of oil (in %) that would need to be added. FAILURE to address these and other issues will guarantee premature system failure and likely compressor damage.

Take this job to a qualified shop.

My A/C will not work. I do not have a blown fues or is it low on R134a any ideas

If the compressor is not engaging, it is most likely low on refrigerant. Locate the dryer/receiver, under the hood on the passenger's side near the heater box, and locate the two wire plug on the side. Unplug this and put a jumper across the two wires on the plug (not on the dryer/receiver) and see if the compressor engages. If it does then you are low on refrigerant and should have your system checked for leaks and recharged.

Ac blowing warm

The A.C. receiver/dryer is located close to the fire wall and usually comes with two fittings not with hoses.

Air condition problem

When you say "noisy", is it a metallic grinding noise? Or, did someone overcharge the system. If the compressor IS internally noisy, replacing it is only half of the job. Anytime that comperssors fail, metallic particles get in the system, from the grinding of the compressor vanes or bearings...and need to be removed. Most of the time, they are trapped in a device called the "receiver-dryer", located next to the condenser in the front of the car. So, replace the compressor, replace the receiver-dryer, and evacuate the system. Hold a vacuum for 30 minutes, and then recharge. Not replacing the receiver dryer will damage the new compressor.
