Check if there is a drain plug on the lowest part of the tank, if not can you pass a hose down the filler tube, if not remove the fuel gauge sender unit and use a hose to drain from there.

How to change oil on a 2005 musso

easily! first pull out filter to let oil get drained than (may take a time)
discharge oil, change filter case lid seal, draining plug copper ring, close it, load fresh oil, last litre of fresh oil into filter case, as quick as possible close it tight with nuts, start motor, watch for leaking.
