This is a common failure on 1999-2004 WJ models with the AZC (Automatic Zone Control) system. The connector on the blower motor control module overheats, resulting in intermittent or no operation of the blower motor. Mopar released a connector harness repair kit to fix the problem. The damaged connector is cut off and new wires are spliced into place. Only the green wires from the kit are used. One end of each of the 3 green wires goes into the new connector end that is provided. When inserting the wires into the connector, the locking spring tabs should be on the bottom. There is a gray plastic retainer that is then installed around the three wires that were just inserted into the connector.

Sounds like your blower motor rheostat needs to be replaced. I'm about to replace mine for the second time. Fan just quits working altogether when the rheostat goes.

Heater fan 98 jeep cherokee not blowing

This should be a really simple fix if you posses a automotive test lamp to check the circut of the blower motor.

If you have a test lamp, ground the connector terminal on the fram of the vehicle, prob the tan and black wire at the blower motor and the light should come on when turning the switch to high speed, check at the blower motor connector. if you have power then you may have a defective B/M.

Also check fuse #46 at the power distribution center under the hood.

hope this helps.

Does the 2006 dodge magnum have more than two sets of fuses?

THERE ARE JUST TWO.
Power Distribution Centers/FUSE BOXES
1. Front Power Distribution Center
A power distribution center is located in the engine
compartment. This center contains fuses and relay

2. Rear Power Distribution Center
There is also a power distribution center located in the
rear compartment under the spare tire access panel. This
center contains fuses and relays.

Wipers turn signals and ac/heater not comming on

looks like they are on more than one fuse. your passenger compartment fuse box is down below your dash panel on drivers side between brake pedal and left side kick panel. the heater a/c fuse is a 25 amp fuse, should be fuse 6. the wipers are fed through a 4.8 amp circuit breaker which might be in the same fuse box, or not. your car also has a power distribution center under the hood. if you don't get anywhere with the fuses in the passenger compartment, look in the power distribution center. chrysler doesn't always share lots of info and i can only look up part of the wiring diagram. can't find anything about turn signals, my guess is that fuse is in power distribution box. hope that helps

Blower motor won't work

In some models the relay is in the power distribution center in the engine compartment, they should be marked, if not your owners manual may have info.
