Turn off the radio and disconnect the battery for 30 seconds. Make sure the radio is off before you disconnect the battery. once the battery is reconnected, turn on the radio and eject the CD and reprogram the stations and clock. Good luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: cd stuck in the car stereo
yes you can open it up. try not to diassemble too much. leave it connected so you won't need a code and just try to nudge the cd out. the rubber roller might be worn. I usually stick a cd in half way and hold it from getting soucked in to clean the rollers.

You need to wait for your car's stereo to cool down. If you used it for it for an extended period of time, it may have gotten hot and the ejection device may not respond.
Hold down the eject button. If you can hear the mechanical ejection noise. If your car stereo is making this noise, it is more than likely that the CD is just sticking inside the CD player and you can try and grab it with your had and pull it out .
Look for a hole the size of a pin on your car stereo's CD player. This hole is very small and looks similar to one on a CD-Rom drive, after locating the hole, use a pin and attempt to manually eject the CD. Now in case you have a factory stereo.
Hope this will help you out.
