1998 durango won't start if it's rainy

If it's rained car will turn over but won't start. I have replaced wires, cap and rotor. Let it sit and as soon as everything dries out it will start right up.

My 1998 Dodge Durango won't start. No spark

check for power at the coil. There should be power anytime the engine is cranking. If there is no power let me know and i'll get you some more info.

If there is power check for pulse on the other wire. If there is pulse than replace the coil.

if there is no pulse I can get you more info on that as well.

Every time it rains hard my car will turn over but wont start

You need a can of wire dryer and WD40.

I have the same problem on the same car.
I replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and when it's damp and wet my car would not start. sometimes if i try for 20 minutes it may kick in but doing so after a few rainy days i blew my starter. Now I just spray my wires and cap with the wire dryer and WD40 before it rains. And if it doesn't start and it's wet outside, use the wire dryer. I heard some people used some shroud to cover their cap, but i don't know what they used as it's close to the engine and I didn't want something melting.

1998 subaru forester runs rough when it rains.

Check the cap and rotor for internal carbon tracking or, just change them. Also, take a look at the coil when its dark and rainy and see if there is any arcing where the coil wire goes into it.

Jetta 95 won´t start

Moisture in your ignition system can cause this to happen , start with a cap/rotor and wire replacement. More then likely this will cure your rainy day blues.
