Main possibilities are the ignition switch itself, or the auto trans neutral safety switch, or a stick trans clutch safety switch.

My 2000 reg ford transit wont start

That's your starter. It is taking the extra charge from the jump to crank enough because it's going out and the jump starts will stop working also. Swappin out starters or more likely in your case, if possible, just a starter selnoid. Either way most times a pretty straight forward job. good luck and I hope I could answer your question well enough.

Battry is good starter is good but the car will not crank

if tested at the autopart store i have seen starters test good but really be bad and same goes with the altenater depending on the sound it makes while trying to start can diagnose the failed part, if it clicks and the battery is good, then the connections on the inside of the starter are bad which in return you would need to replace the starter

Not starting or turning over jst click stil have electrics tho

You can bench test a starter. But be warned it jumps when the jumper cables are applied.
Take and put the nut from the battery cable connection back on. Put the Positive battery lead of the jumper cable on that. Hook up the jumper cables to a good battery. Touch the negative battery cable to the mounting housing of the starter. A quick touch is all you need to do. If the starter is good it will will shoot out the starter drive gear and spin freely. The starter will jump and twist.

Jumped the battery after car sat for awhile then

If you dont use the car it still use the battery so sounds like you need do slow trikle charge on the battrie. If that dosent work you might killed the battrie off. i dont this many time if not use it die fast.

Sounds like a bad ignition switch. It has terminal 50 (starter activation) but no terminal 15 (ignition on) activation.
