It takes a short circuit to blow a fuse. You could try to disconnet thingsuntil it stops, but that is slow. Better if you buy pulse generator to replace the fuse, then move probe over wire until puse stops at the short in the wire.
Harbor Freight might sell a short circuit test probe and pulse generator.

You must turn off the ignition and pull out the EFI fuse (15A) for 30 sec. It is in Junction Block 2 under the hood.

Replacing a 30 amp fuse in the instrument panel

OK, there are several places all around the car where fuses are located. The 30A power fuse and power main relay (either one could be at fault) are in Junction Block 1, see p10 and p11 here
http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/be.pdf

That is below the steering wheel near the driver's feet, see p9.

This 30 amp fuse, If it blows when cranking, it is usually the starter dragging, if it blows by just turning the key on it is usually the fuel pump drawing too many amps.
I hope this helps.

The BONNET is the hood, You must have talked to someone from ENGLAND. The fuse may blow if the coil or the igniter is shorted. Turn the key on and disconnect the igniter and coil, then hook up each one and see when the fuse blows.

Hey i posted my problem wit my 95 toyota camry not starting cranking but not starting after running fine found out that the orange+black wire marked ignition#2 is the one with the short any ideas why or...

That black/orange wire should lead to a junction block behind your instrument panel on the lower left, and from there is changes to a white/red wire that goes to your ignition coil and igniter . Finish checking the rest of the circuit to make sure their are no remaining shorts also check to make that that circuit has the proper fuse rating for it. It should be a 30amp fuse.

You are right about the shorted circuit somewhere. A good place to start looking might be with your distributor cap.

Tell me how this works out. Thanks!

i have came across simler problems in the past so im going to give you a list of four main suspects number 1; a broken or pereshed vacuum hose at the trottle body or inlet manifold.2 a blocked injector 3 a fuel injection system fault 4 a disconnected /leaking or perished crankcase ventilation hose. Before you try any of these by a can of fuel cleaner and run it through your system remember a small piece of dirt half the size of grain of salt is enough to cause this problem good luck.adrian
