Please ask a real question
like , what does this TSB mean.
who can do it.
what parts do i need,
how hard is it to do.
like that, a question, simple.
or post symptoms on the car, first. works 100x best, first.

P0410 came up with horrible missing, frozen air pump but all working now and still random/multiple misfire

Possible Solutions Note: There is a technical service bulletin (TSB) regarding this code for a number of GM models. The TSB calls for the replacement of the AIR pump and the installation of a new secondary injection hose. The TSB can be found on this ACDelco site. Additionally, if you simply replace the AIR pump the problem may return again (and again). If you replace the pump, also clean out the hoses and replace the one-way check valve. If this is on a GM model that the TSB applies to, follow those instructions in the link above. In a few cases, people have put a small hole in the rubber cover on the pump which allows any water to drain out. Also, please note that this may be covered under the emissions warranty on the vehicle. If your vehicle is out of bumper-to-bumper warranty, check if the emissions warranty is still valid! Replace the AIR pump AND one-way check valve Test and clean the AIR pump AND test and replace the one-way air check valve Replace the AIR pump inlet hose Replace the AIR pump fuse (found under the hood) Sources: GM-Forums thread

Why does dash items not work at times

There was a TSB from GM regarding instrument cluster malfunction. This link will get you the information you need to replace defective servo motors. The TSB has expired so the servos are no longer covered under warranty.

When turning the steering wheel it makes a clunking sound 2004 Pontiac any help??

Probably a bad intermediate shaft.

There is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) published by GM because of this condition.

TSB Reference Number 06-02-35-010
Date Of Issue: May 09 2006
This bulletin involves replacing the intermediate shaft with an updated part.

Updated part number (per the TSB) is GM Part Number 26068295
This is an old TSB - you will probably want to check with your local GM dealer to make sure this part number has not been superceeded.

Cruise control intermittently shuts off or will not take a set. nshta # 10016535, calls for tsb #3452 of which gm dealer can't find. Any ifo would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe because that number is not a GM service bulletin number, Let the dealer know what the complaint is and let them determine the problem from there. I would start by verifying brake switch integrity when it wont set.

Engine light is on and codes say 410 & 491 secondary air pump

Causes
A code P0410 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Water may have collected in the AIR pump or the vent solenoid and frozen or corroded the pump
Blown AIR pump fuse due to freezing up

Electronic leveling system

Yes. There is actually a GM TSB for switching the air ride system to regular gas shocks. It takes wiring in a relay to fool the body control module, and your ride will be slightly harsher. Check with your local GM dealership for the TSB which contains instructions and the required parts list
