If the signals outside flash, then you don't need a flasher, just the inside bulb.
The flasher plugs into your fuse box, which is either in the engine compartment, or under the glovebox.

Where do I find the turn signal flasher on a 1995 ford ranger?

You may need to get a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams.
You have a flasher for the hazards and one for the turn signals. They are two different circuits. It is unlikely both have failed at the same time.
One flasher should be on the fuse box under the dash and the other is probably behind the radio.

2004 Monte Carlo signal lights/hazard lights will work and then quit.

It's probably you flasher relay. Look at you're fuse panel and look for a round, metal piece about as big around as a medicine bottle. It just pulls out like a regular fuse. Take it to the parts store and get new one. There not but a few dollars. Hope it helps.

I need a fuse panel diagram to replace the turn signal flasher. Thanks

Before replacing the flasher does the hazards work, Try wiggling the turn signal lever up and down and back and forth with the key on and the lever in each position. If the blinkers or hazards start flashing you'l need a multifuntion switch. This isnt a definative test if you get nothing you may have a blown fuse. As fas as the flasher goes, go buy one and then you will know what it looks like.

My turn signals do not work on my 2000 Audi A4

HI, this is a defective flasher relay. you will need to replace this relay asap. this will fix your issue.

The flasher relay is located behind the lower left side dash panel/knee bar.
  1. Remove the lower dash panel/knee bar to access the flasher relay.
  2. Remove the relay from the electrical connector and replace as necessary.

Turn signals of my 2002 ford ranger slowly stopped working

I THINK YOU MAY BE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE. WHERE DID YOU BUY THE FLASHER FROM COULD THEY TELL YOU WHERE IT GOES OR CHECK YOUR OWNERS MANUAL, OR A CHILTONS MANUAL AT AUTO ZOO. SINCE IT WAS A GRADUAL DETERATION I WOULD BE SUSPICOUS OF THE ACTUAL BLINKER HANDEL/WINDSHIELD WHIPER/FLASHER/HIGH/LOWBEAM ASSEMBLY ON YOUR COLUM. THEY ARE AVAILABLE AT AUTO ZOO (ZONE) THIS SWITCH IS REASONABLY PRICED AND NOTORIOUS FOR DEFECTS DUE TO THE USE IT RECIEVES DURING DAY TO DAY DRIVING

HOPE THIS HELPS
