The first thing that i would check would be the fuse that operates the instrument cluster unit. This fuse is probably blown

What can I do to fix my gas gauge, that does not work?

The first thing you should do when troubleshooting fuel gauge problems is to ensure that all of the wires and connections are clean, free of corrosion, and secure. If this does not fix the problem, check the fuse for the fuel gauge. If the fuse is not the problem, ensure that the sending unit is correctly grounded. Next join the connector of the sending unit to the ground. If the fuel gauge begins to work, the sending unit has gone bad and needs to be replaced.

All gauges not working.

THERES A SIGNAL TO THAT OPERATED ON CURRENT FROM THE ALT OT THE ECM. CHECK IF ITS LOOSE OR MAYBE THE INTERNAL PART OF THE ALTERNATOR IS DEFECTIVE. THERES THE (RED) THICK WIRE TO CHARGE AND OTHER THINNER WIRES THAT SIGNAL'S THE ALTERNATOT OPERATION. DONT WORRY NOT BECAUSE THE ALT IS NEW OR REMANUFACTORED IT DOESNT MEAN ITS IN 100% WORKING CONDITION.... THEY FAIL ALSO WHAT EVER YOU DO REMOVE THE POSTIVE AND NEGATIVE WIRE BEFORE ETTEMPTING ANY WORK. ITS A BAD HABIT TO REPLACE A ALTERNATOR WITH CURRRENT ON.

My oil gauge keeps going to 0 and then it seems to come back when we hit bumps it doesnt feel like im loosing any power what could this be i have a 97 dodge dakota 3.9 l engine the oil gauge doent...

Try changing the oil sending unit, it's usually screwed into the side of the engine block, somewhere around the oil filter, or into the side of the oil filter housing.
If it still does it after that, could be the gauge itself, or there is an oil pump issue.

Adding Freon to 1997 Dodge Dakota SLT

You can purchase R134a cans with a built in gauge so you don't overcharge... Assuming the system has not completely discharged, usually a can or less will do. Here is a link with some basic instructions:

Heater problem

you may have a vacum leak under the hood or dash. you may find this usually isnt that hard to fix. also look under the dash and try to find the blend door. move it to heat with your hand and see if you have heat then. good luck .
