You do not find any vehicle problems
guessing or asking someone

You have to do the proper testing of the vehicle

Most people go to a local shop & some throw away
extra money for the same service at a dealer

That could be a number of things, clogged fuel filter, faulty ignition coil, battery voltage low due to old faulty battery/bad alternator. Recommend finding a reputable mechanic that will properly diagnose the problem.

Doesn't want to upshift

the car is having difficulty with acceleration then it will stay in a lower gear longer to compensate. try not being so heavy on the accelerator and see if that changes anything (instead of trying to get up to speed quickly try leting the car bring itself up to speed in its preferred method) see how long that takes

Car started, chugged and went out. It did this 3 times. Now won't turn over. I still have lights and am not losing power when trying to start it

I would check your fuel relay to make sure it is getting a good connection. Pull the fuel relay out put it back in and wiggle it a bit. If the car starts after that then most likely you have a bad connection with the fuel relay. If your car doesn't start after that then you might have a bad wire to the fuel relay. If the fuel relay has a bad connection pull the relay out and turn the prongs just a bit so it will have a better chance of making a connection.

Acceleration problems

the usual culpit is a clogged fuel filter, or bad plugs. if it bogs down on hills or highway it is the filter. also make sure air filter is clean.

I changed the plugs and is still hesitates when i accelerate

Hestitation on acceleration can be caused by several different things. Most of the time depending on the milage in the vehicle I've found it to be the Throttle position sensor.Try testing the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Get the repair manual for the vehicle and there is a step by step procedure for testing it for resistance. But you will need a scope meter to test test it for a dead spot.(which usually means a repair shop). If this sensor tests ok then there are a list of things that cause hestitation on acceleration which are listed in the shop manual. Shop manuals describe how to check the items relating to the symptoms .and either repair or replace them.

PS One time a customer had this problem and it was due to more then 10% of alchol in the gas tank. (too much ethanol) good luck
