Car has battery power but no power to radio and no power to starter when switch is activated. I have checked fuses and found none to have failed.

Mine did the click, click and the timing chain had snapped. If any of you have 2.7 litre engines plan on an engine rebuild or a replacement. Look up the 2.7 engine size along with oil sludge and timing chains. Grab yourself a towel to sop up the tears. This car is 100% garbage and I'm shopping for another non Chrysler product this week.

Starter solenoid. I don't have the page here but in chiltons a page shows the ignition to fuse to relay to starter and if you look closely it's quite basic. I had same problem with constant fuse blow #8. The solenoid over time wears and sometimes sticks. When it sticks, your system can overload thus burn fuse. I bet you never stalled out while driving, but only when you shut off and start somewhere it's a no go. That's because you're system is already engaged. I had to change starter as solenoid part of it all. I see others suffer this same problem so please share this around. Solenoid can stick for a millisecond.

HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE AND THE STARTER HAS BEEN THE CULPRIT..HAVE NEVER REPLACED A FUEL PUMP ON ONE OF THESE VEHICLES AT ALL
Testimonial: "I replaced the starter. This job is quite substantial. Also found the nut connecting the cable to the starter coil was not tight. I think it is fixed."
SOURCE: Starter/Fuel Pump fuse, or the Relay Fuse blow
the fuel pump comes on when you turn the key on the starter comes on when you turn all the way to start so i would think the short is in the fuel pump if it blows by just turning the key on
