The drivers side window fell into the door of 96 rendezvous. How do i put it back on track?

The door trim is held on with a combination of screws and push clips Once you have the trim off you will probably find that the window motor regulator is defective. I would recommend replacing the regulator and motor as an assembly.

Are you sure of the year? Didn't think that they made a 1996 Buck rendezvous

How to repair drivers window

Remove door inner panel.. Look for why it fell .. It is off the lift track, probably something broke.. find broken part and replace or repair.. its not uncommon for window regulators to break.

Electric window repair

If ur trying to fix a window that is down? Then you must take the door pannel off theres no other way. Its not as bad as it seems. If the metal bar that holds the window up has fallen of then you will have to put something underneath the window to keep it up

you need to take the interior door trim off of the side the window fell off track of, from there you should be able to physically see it and reset it by hand

VW bettle 2000 power window fell down power motor works but won't lift window drivers side

You may have a number of problems, all can be answered by removing the door pnl and inspecting. The window may have fallen out of the track, the window motor may have fallen out of the regulator, the motor's drive system may have stripped or broken, the regulator itself may have failed or broken or the window is no longer attached to the regulator. Pull the pnl and start inspecting. Good luck!

Drivers side door wont open from inside, window problems

It is most likely a rod has fallen off inside the door. You may have to use a coat-hanger to read down inside and pull back on door latch to open it up.
Then after it is opened, remove screws on inner door panel, remove window/lock controls, take a big flat-head screwdriver and gently pry next to the plastic tabs holding on door panel. Remove door panel and put window back on track , and replace or reattach door handle rods.

Drivers side window fell out

if its electric windows ! remove the end panal round the switches to get to the srews behind there,a small screw in the end nearest the dash ,small screws in bottom of card ,pop the door panel off,you will see 2 plastic rubber bungs, take those out and put your switches back onto the loom, move the regulator to where the bungs have been removed, slacken the 2 10mm bolts, slide your window back in and tighten them up,refit parts removed..
