Crankshaft sensor is definitely located next to the crank pulley (drivers' side, RHD). Reasonable access after removing front drivers side wheel.

If replacing the injector did not fox the fault then the fault is in the wiring to the injector . Loose /broken wiring or loose faulty connections at the ECM. Check for dirty /wet connections in the wiring loom.
if the key wont unlock the door and the fob does then the linkage from the lock to the key has come apart, as the fob is actuating the electric motor , will need to strip out door panel to see where the connecting rod has got to
