Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
There is no fuse the circuit breaker is in the door switches they are "brains" if the windows are inop look for a broken wire in the door where it goes from the body to the door

Its either under where the fuse box is under the steering wheel or near the motor all the way to the left side of the motor and then just read the map located on top of the cover
