I over heated my 03 4.6L discovery now water is coming out of of the engine mechanic said that the block is crack and tha #7 cilinder is misfiering cuz cilinder wall crack

How long did you drive after it overheated? Water Pump maybe bad and leaking from weep hole, misfire may be due to heat damage, wires etc, but I would get a second opinion before saying the cylinder wall is cracked. Unless you really overheated and drove for a while, you should not have done that much damage.

My 2001 dodge ram cargo van is not charging tha baterry I REPLACE THA ALTERNATOR AND DID NOT FIX THA PLOBLEM THA BATERRY IS NEW TO

A few years back Chrysler had the brilliant idea to put the voltage regulator into the computer (all one unit) to me, that's as dumb as welding the spark plugs into the heads...But, if you have all wiring connected properly and the fuses are good, chances are that's where your problem is.There is a "work around" that can be done using an old style regulator but it will cause the check engine light to come on and that will cause problems with inspection in many states.
