Need to take door panel off to replace the window that was smashed need a diagram if possible.

You must have the replacement window mechanism before you attempt to take off the door panel. You don't want double the work ! Window winder mechanisms come with or without motors depending on your needs ! It can be tricky but perfectly possible by a confident DIY'r.The door panel has pop fasteners and 2/3 screw/bolts in the door pull/inner handle.

your window crank mechanism in the door is striped or bent, remove inner door panel and inspect window parts, look in bottom of door for possible parts that may have fallen off. KEEP all fingers clear of moving parts as if the window falls or something you could loose or injure them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant express enough but be careful. I have had cars fall on me, smashed fingers, broken fingers, broken hand, all due to car repairs so believe me when i say a mechanical window mechanism will remove or smash a finger very easily.

Before you "hack into the harness," try to change over everything so that all the wiring,switches and motors on the new doors are the original ones. A lot of the switches have circuit boards matched to the vehicle wiring and other switches. It is possible that your new doors have the wiring on the motors reversed, so that when you try to wind the window down, it wants to wind it up. Also before getting in to the wiring, if nothing else is working, make sure the motors for the window are actually working by disconnecting them and supplying the 12Volt positive and negative to them.

the force of smashing the window could have disconnected the switch panel or severed a wire the only way to be sure is to look

remove the interior door panel and you should be able to inspect the mechanical arm that controls the windows movement. chances are part of this has broken losse and will need replacing. always be careful as you dont wont to drop the window and smash it.

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can remove the bolts securing the mirror onto the door

You will need to remove the door panel and unplug and wiring for power windows, locks, speakers, etc. Then support the bottom of the door with a floor jack or block of wood. A friend to help would be good. Unbolt the door at the door hinge either on the door or the body, depending on how it is mounted. You will need metric wrenches, and sockets, screwdrivers for the door panel .

normally you have to loosen the track and it comes out as one whole assembly stop by a dealer in the parts department and ask them to print out a diagram or show them the part you are having the problem with
