Replaced fuel regulator and pump.
Sounds like you have a crankshaft position sensor problem. do u have any system trouble codes?

Its vapor locking,losen the furl cap,if you hear a suction then thats the problem either replace the cap or leave it a little lose!!!
and did you replace the fuel filter?
