The is a page below that shows with pictures how to do the job. I've changed a few starters myself over the years, and usually the most difficult part of it is getting them physically in and out, as sometimes frame-members and other accessory lines get in the way. Hope this is helpful: http://www.wikihow.com/Replace-a-Dodge-Van-Starter that details the process with pictures

CLICK , CLICK THEN STARTS?

THAT USUALLY MEANS A BAD STARTER. HOLD YOUR HAND ON THE STARTER WHILE IT IS CLICKING. IF YOU FEEL IT IS ACTUALLY THE STARTER DOING THE CLICKING, THE STARTER MAY BE BAD. BE SURE ALL THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS & CABLES ARE CLEAN & TIGHT AT THE BATTERY & THE STARTER. [CAUTION ] BEFORE PUTTING A WRENCH ON THE STARTER, REMOVE THE NEG. CABLE FROM THE BATTERY.
