Question about 2000 Honda Civic
The engine turns over like it should but will not start. that eliminates a battery problem. i think it is either the fuel pump or the fuel filter but i don't know where they are located and how hard it would be to do myself?
Try getting under the car and hitting the gas tank. Fuel pumps are located in there now and hitting the tank may rattle the pump and get it going. If that works then you need to replace the fuel pump.
Also check to make sure you are getting fuel up to the engine.
