As the ing fuse supplies power to the ignition switch and other units the if you are continually blowing the fuse after a crash then it is obvious that the wiring harness was damaged and the wire is shorting out either to earth or through other units to earth. You will have to check every inch of the harness and look for bruises in the wiring insulation or expanded plastic covering where the wire has been getting hot and burning.

Engine fuse keeps blowing when 2000 gmc van takes of and the fuse kills the vechile i need help

GMC is the make. What is the model and engine size? I went ahead and looked up info on a safari--4.3L engine for that year.
The only engine fuse I found said, engine 1 mini fuse--20 amp underhood fuse box. Is that it? Any applicable trouble codes? You would need an obd2 code reader to check codes, yourself.
About nine components get voltage from that fuse. maf sensor--02 heater circuits--camshaft position sensor--some of the evap system, plus the wiring circuit, itself.
Sounds like hunting a needle in a haystack, doesn't it? You could do some testing, unplug those components one at a time, see if you can come to any conclusions? You could use a test lite in place of the fuse so you won't blow all your fuses. If the test lite comes on, there is voltage and ground.

My 2000 GMC Safari van keeps blowing ING A fuse. I recently crashed it on the passanger side but bot to badly.

Something is shorting out, I would trace any wires in the crunch zone and find where they are pinched or bare and rubbing metal (grounding out).
