1994 chevy s-10 blazer will not go into 4-wheeldrive high

IF it's the push button style (switch on the dashboard, to the left of the steering wheel) then it COULD be the switch, but my guess would be the electric actuator on the side of the transfer case.

Chevy blazer heater control

So you have to separate issues here, first issue the temp staying hot. Sounds like the solenoid that runs the blend door is not working any more and not moving your blend door hince the hot air no matter the temp setting. Second is the a/c cycling on and off every 10 to 15 seconds is usually a sign that it's low on refrigerant, you need to have an understanding of a/c and the components, it is recommended to have a A/C manifold gauge set so that you can read the pressures on the high and low side of the system to get a better understanding of what the issue may be.

Im lookin for the computer in a 1994 chevy blaser s10 anyone know where its located?

The computer or powertrain control module (pcm) on the 94 s-10 blazer should be located under the passenger side glovebox you remove the lower glove box screws (under the dash) then remove the pcm retaining nuts to lower it out of the dash I have found this easier if you take the passenger side seat out to give you more room to manuver on some of these it may also be located on the passenger side fender under the hood & near the shock tower it is large with a few big wire harnesses goin to it each harness is color coded to fit where it goes into the pcm

I have a 98 blazer that in the morning blows ice cold air. After driving for awhile it will stop blowing cold and if you turn it off wait and turn ot back on it sometimes blows cold again. ANy ideas

I would replace the low pressure AC compressor cycling switch, it may be sticking, it is a fairly common problem. The switch is located in the low side of the AC system hoses or accumulator.
