Sounds like the1 of 2 things:

  1. Solenoid has a short causing it to engage the starter whenever power is present
  2. If you've recently changed the ignition switch, it could be in backwards, causing it to start in the off position and turn off in the on position.

2002 range rover 4.6 won't start unhook battery

Pretty sure it is the battery itself or the connections - otherwise the problem would not be intermittent. Remove and thoroughly abrade the terminals and connectors with emery cloth or a wire brush but don't leave the battery disconnected too long or you may interfere with the computers.
The battery is the more likely culprit - it may have a faulty cell so get it checked under load by a battery specialist

Got 1994 lexus both a battery hook it up and come to find out it was wrong battery . Now the car wont start did find some bad fuses i change it still wont start. Could be my promlem is the car compute

Wrong battery? What was wrong, voltage, size, terminal location. I am not familar with a Lexus does it have two batteries? If you hooked up two batteries and did something wrong, like hook them in series some way then you could have fried the computer. It is really hard to determine what problem you have. The bad fuses should tell you something what did they run? Please rate my answer.

My car starts w/out key. When I put my batterie (new) in it. Trys starting over and over I started it and it stared but still the starter keeps firing. Also the batterie conecter seems to be magnatizing...

This sounds like something is amok in the starter, disconnect the small wires and test again with the battery hooked up. IF still an issue, replace the starter, if the starter not activated, check wiring to the starter soleniod for faults or crossed wires.

My 1989 Ford F-250 keeps trying to start without the key on. I replaced the starter, the solenoid, the ignition switch in the column, found 1 wire that was cracked and taped it, when the battery is hooked...

You still have a bare wire somewhere ... You probably did this already ... I would remove the wire from the ignition switch to the start solenoid and see what happens ...

Good luck on your search ...
